If we do a chart list of the biggest surprises of 2017, this restaurant won’t be missing there. Špejle breaks down all the myths and that's what we love. Let's have a look inside.

The truth is that although the restaurant was open in January and since that time we have gone around by a tram like hundred times, we haven't noticed in. Actually, it looks quite inconspicuous from the outside, but the interior is absolutely breath-taking. The industrial minimalism, many indoor plants and dim lights were used as well. We have just fallen in love with this place. But let's move to the meals.

You can try whatever comes into you mind. Mini burgers, the open sandwiches, salmon skin roll with avocado or panna cotta are just a few things from the dishes we tried. Usually there is just one skewer stabbed to the food, otherwise two may appear as well. In the end, you pay 29 CZK per piece of skewer. Do you want to have something for drink? We strongly recommend Aperol Spritz, Hugo or their homemade lemonades with the lavender or elderberry flavour. Bon appetite!
